Cosmetic Dentistry Patients
I was born without two of my top front teeth. For years I had to wear a partial denture. I did not want to have a bridge done because I wanted the normal feeling of flossing between my teeth. I decided to go with dental implants. I also decided to have my top 8 teeth veneered to match the two false teeth. It is the best decision I could have made. Everyone compliments me on the whiteness and straightness of them. Dr. Arnold and his staff went out of their way to make sure I loved the final result. Anyone with missing teeth or wanting the perfect smile should consider a consult at Dr. Arnold's office.

I just wanted to thank you for the amazing work you did when I had my complete dental makeover. In the past few years, I had become extremely conscious of my smile because so much emphasis has been put on how white and how straight people's teeth are. I would be very conscious of smiling and talking to people since over the years my teeth have yellowed and were never perfect. I also had several bridges and silver caps. Now because of the make over, I have a beautiful set of pearly whites and I no longer worry about smiling.

Let me begin by saying that I truly appreciate your God given talent of performing family and cosmetic dentistry. My daughter and I have had the pleasure of being your patients since you began practice many years ago. As you very well know, this past year I finally elected to have you perform the much-needed art of cosmetic dentistry to my upper set of teeth. After many years of sports, cavities, genetic history and plain wear and tear, it was time to take major corrective action. My complicated procedure (veneers, bridges, caps and crowns) was flawless due to your expertise and determination to have my smile perfect. You informed me prior, during and after all of the steps you were taking on my behalf. Not once did I leave your office with any questions or in a quandary. The entire experience was very pleasant considering the major work performed by you and your staff.

Now that I'm getting a little older I finally decided that I had

In June I met with Dr. Arnold to discuss some options to enhance
my smile. I was getting married in August and wanted to look my best
for the big day. After consulting with Dr. Arnold I decided I wanted

Dr. Arnold has changed my life. Back in the 1980’s I started using
drugs. I got so deep into the drugs that I did not care about my appearance.
I stopped taking care of my teeth, and they slowly started to decay.
I never went to see a dentist; I just let them get worse. I simply did
not care. I would live with pain, I mean serious tooth pain. I never
had the money to see a dentist. My life and my mouth were in really bad
shape.
In 1997 I had a life changing experience. I became a dad. My life took
a turn for the better. I got off drugs and have been off drugs ever since.
By this time I had neglected my teeth for over 10 years. I was getting
headaches that were so bad I wished I were dead. Something had to be
done. In early 2000 my grandma and grandpa passed away and I inherited
a good sum of money.
At this time I decided to see Dr. Arnold. It would turn out to be one
of the best decisions I would ever make. Even though I never liked going
to the dentist, Dr. Arnold told me there is nothing to fear. Dr. Arnold
was right. He transformed my disgusting mouth into a work of art. I now
have beautiful teeth and I live pain free. I eat better, I feel better,
I look better, I love my new mouth.
Since Dr. Arnold fixed my mouth I have gotten married, I got a new,
better job, and I am a lot happier. Life is much better now. I smile
all the time.

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how very pleased I am with
the dental work you did for me. I cannot even begin to articulate what
a positive change it made in my life. Both my professional career and

People respond to me much differently then before. The eye contact and

Laser Dentistry Patients
At first, I was so self conscious about my gummy smile. I hated it when I smiled, and always worried if I was showing my gums. I didn't know the dentist but as soon as I came in for my appointment everyone in the office made me feel comfortable. I love the results. My teeth no longer look like pellets. They look like the size of natural teeth. I do not show as much gums when I smile and my lower lips does not lift up as much now thanks to the frenectomy. I would not hesitate to come back here. The dentist and the results are both wonderful. It's amazing that a minimal change can make such a maximual difference. Even if other people don't notice I can notice a difference and I feel a lot better about myself. So, if anyone is considering cosmetic dentistry I personally would say " GO For IT"!

Dear Staff,
I just want to take the time to thank you for your wonderful service.
I came in to have a fibroma removed from my lower lip. I had to have
this done a few years back. At that time I had to go to an oral surgeon
and the procedure involved having to have sutures. My lip was painful
and swollen for about a week. As luck would have it I again had to have
a fibroma removed from my lower lip. This time I came to Dr. Arnold and
he was able to remove the fibroma with the water laser. This amazing
technology took only a few minutes, and was virtually painless! I can't
believe the difference. I went home and had no pain, no swelling, no
sutures. It was like it was never there. A few weeks have gone by and
I don't even have any scar tissue. Thank you again!

One time while I was eating I bit the inside of my cheek very hard.
It healed leaving a very large growth (fibroma) on the inside of my cheek.
I went in to have Dr. Arnold look at it. He suggested using an instrument
called a water laser to remove the growth. I was very apprehensive. (I
am one of those persons who is anxious about going to the dentist) Dr.
Arnold assured me that it was a simple procedure. The day I went in I
was nervous. He numbed the area and then proceeded to use the water laser
to remove the growth. There was no pain, no blood, no stitches, and the
procedure took very little time. I could not believe how easy it was.
When the Novocain wore off there was a little tenderness at the site.
This healed very quickly, I didn't even have a scar on the inside of
my cheek. I am so happy it is gone, I wish I would have done it much
sooner.

took about five minutes, and it was 100% painless WITHOUT anesthetic.

I was having headaches that I could not get rid of and within a week
of using this they were gone. I can tell it is the NTI because if I forget
to use it I notice a difference and in the morning after use I can feel
it has worked.

I have been a TMJ sufferer mst of my adult life. I go back to some
of the first remedies with corrective appliances made for TMJ problems.
I have since acquired a drawer full. Although they all served the
purpose of remediating some of the pain and wear and tear on my teeth,
none of them have worked the way the NTI has. Finally, something
that is small, comfortable, and most of all effective! It has not
only taken the severe pressure off the upper/lower back teeth, but
has drastically reduced the facial and ear pain. I'm sure that if
I had had this earlier on, I would have saved many of my muscles
and teeth from the trauma they have suffered today. I highly recommend
the NTI.

I had suffered with migraines for several years. I'd been to headache
clinics, but the medications they tried never worked.
I read that doctors now believe a majority of migraine sufferers
clench their teeth at night. So, when I asked Dr. Arnold about it,
he agreed, and fitted me with the NTI. I haven't had a single migraine
since! It worked for me.

Having used a night guard for nearly 24 years when my second one had
worn out, I asked Dr. Arnold to make another. Instead, he suggested an
NTI and explained the concept and benefits over another night guard.
I am ultimately delighted with the immediate and continual results and,
because I was skeptical, I am surprisingly impressed. I have no more
tension headaches in the morning from grinding all night and my jaw is
